Why are the Smart Hitch, Pro Power Onboard, and Onboard Scales features no longer available in FordPass? As of Feb. 28, 2023, the Smart Hitch and Onboard Scales features are no longer available in the FordPass App. However, you will still have access to the features when using your in-vehicle SYNC®** screen.
