What size wheels are on a 2019 Honda Talon?

The 2019 Honda Talon side-by-side vehicle comes equipped with 29-inch tires as standard. This provides the Talon with a rugged and capable off-road performance, allowing it to tackle a variety of terrain with ease.

Detailed Wheel and Tire Specifications

The 2019 Honda Talon features the following wheel and tire specifications:

  • Wheel Size: 15 inches

  • Tire Size: 29 x 9-15 inches

  • Tire Type: Radial

These large 29-inch tires give the Talon excellent ground clearance, traction, and stability when navigating rough off-road conditions such as rocks, mud, and uneven terrain. The 15-inch wheels provide a sturdy foundation to support the oversized tires and handle the demands of off-road driving.

Why 29-Inch Tires?

Honda chose the 29-inch tire size for the Talon to optimize its performance as a high-performance side-by-side vehicle. Larger tires offer several benefits:

  • Improved Ground Clearance: The tall 29-inch tires lift the Talon's body higher off the ground, allowing it to clear obstacles more easily.

  • Enhanced Traction: The large, knobby tires provide excellent grip and traction on loose or uneven surfaces, improving the Talon's off-road capabilities.

  • Smoother Ride: The larger tire diameter helps absorb impacts and provides a more comfortable ride, even on rough terrain.

These factors make the 29-inch tires well-suited for the Talon's intended use as a high-performance, off-road side-by-side vehicle.
